- A live, water-activated Sourdough Starter culture that will provide perpetual yeast for as long as you care for it
- 2kg wheat bread flour
- Our house spice mix
- Brown sugar
- Curing salt
- Fruit mix (optional)
- Biodegradable piping bag for the crosses
- Step-by-step instructions and tips for baking the perfect sourdough hot cross buns at home

Note: in addition the the ingredients provided in the kit, you'll also need some butter, milk and olive oil.
