The Complete Sourdough Kit contains:

• Sourdough Starter Culture Pack - just add flour and water to activate your own living starter culture in minutes! 
• Launchpad - shake to activate and provide a bed of gentle warmth to assist in the activation of your starter (perfect for the chillier months!)
• 23cm banneton proofing basket, handwoven from natural Indonesian rattan, with washable cloth liner.
• Bread Lame scoring tool in stainless steel and natural beech, with five individual scoring blades.
• Dough Scraper in stainless steel and natural beech.
• Danish Dough Whisk in stainless steel and natural oak.
• Silicon Spatula
• Cloth Bread Bag, 33 x 33cm

The starter culture in this pack is 100% gluten-free, so can be used to make gluten-free sourdough bread.

Please note:

- This pack contains the starter culture only and will require additional ingredients to make bread (flour & water). You'll also need a jar, container or glass to keep your starter culture in.

- The Sourdough Stater Culture contains traces of milk, and as such is not suitable for a vegan diet or for anyone with intolerances of/allergies to dairy.
