Our Sourdough Starter Pack contains a water-activated sourdough starter culture that will provide a perpetual source of sourdough yeast for as long as you care for it. Just add flour and water, then using your Launchpad to provide a bed of natural warmth, watch it come to life in minutes (not days!)

Each Starter Pack includes:

• A water-activated sourdough starter culture.
• A cotton cloth covering, name tag and thermometer card to measure the optimal room temp for activation. 
• A Launchpad, which you can activate provide a bed of natural warmth to assist in the activation of your starter.
• Step-by-step activation guide and access to a library of sourdough recipes created exclusively for us by Australia's best bakers.
• A cotton bread bag for your delicious, crusty creations!

Individual packs weigh 100g, with dimensions of 190 x 140 x 10mm. They come in a ready-to-ship padded Ecomailer.

The starter culture in this pack is 100% gluten-free, so can be used to make gluten-free sourdough bread.

Please note:

- This pack contains the starter culture only and will require additional ingredients to make bread (flour, salt etc). 

- Guides and Recipes are accessible online only. 

-The Sourdough Starter Culture in these packs is shelf stable at room temperature for up to six months.

- The Sourdough Stater Culture contains traces of milk, and as such is not suitable for a vegan diet or for anyone with intolerances of/allergies to dairy.
