Our Sourdough Starter Pack contains a water-activated sourdough starter culture that will provide a perpetual source of sourdough yeast for as long as you care for it. Just add flour and water and watch it come to life in minutes!

Each pack also includes a step-by-step activation guide, a cotton cloth covering, name tag and thermometer card to measure the optimal room temp for activation.

The starter culture in this pack is 100% gluten-free, so can be used to make gluten-free sourdough bread.

Every Sourdough Starter Pack is prepared and packed by hand in regional Victoria. Standard shipping is just $5 for all locations within Australia.

Please note:

- This pack contains the starter culture only and will require additional ingredients to make bread (flour, salt & water). 

-The Sourdough Starter Pack can be stored for up to six months before first activation.

- Guides and Recipes are accessible online only. 

- The Sourdough Stater Culture contains traces of milk, and as such is not suitable for a vegan diet or for anyone with intolerances of/allergies to dairy.
