Each Sourdough Starter Culture Pack contains a water-activated sourdough starter culture that will provide a perpetual source of sourdough yeast for as long as you care for it. 

Each pack weighs 15g, with dimensions of 150 x 90 x 5mm.

The pack contains:

• water-activated sourdough starter culture

• jute cloth covering with twine

• a name tag for your starter, with ongoing care instructions

• a thermometer card to ensure your room is the right temperature for activating your starter

• step-by-step activation guide

• exclusive access to baking guides for Sourdough Bread, Sourdough Pizza Bases, Sourdough Fruit Loaf, Sourdough Cinnamon Scrolls and Sourdough Hot Cross Buns.

Every Sourdough Starter Culture Pack is prepared and packed by hand in regional Victoria. 

Please note:

- There is a minimum quality of 10 Starter Packs for wholesale.

- This pack contains the starter culture only and will require additional ingredients to make bread (flour, salt etc). 

- Guides and recipes are accessible via a QR code on the inside of the pack. A smart phone with internet connection is required to access and view.

-The Sourdough Starter Culture can be stored for up to six months before first activation, or up to 10 months if kept in the freezer.
