Note: The Scales require a standard USB-A wall plug (one like this) which does not come included. We've chosen not to include this plug in an effort to save landfill, as most likely you already have one in the top drawer 😊

Shipping

We can ship to any addresses in Australia, the USA or New Zealand.

All orders to Australia and New Zealand are sent from Geelong, Victoria.

All orders to the USA are sent from Portland, Oregon.

The price displayed on our product pages is the total price (excluding shipping) - there are are no additional taxes or duties to pay on any of our products. 

Tracking is included with every order. You will be emailed a link to track your order as soon as it is shipped.

 

Returns

Unopened product can be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to return your order, please send us an email with your order number.

If your product has been opened, we are unable to accept it as a return.

Please note that we don’t cover shipping costs for change of mind returns.
